Add "Recipient Email Visibility" for Sent "Requests"

Hello Rishi & Sinosend Team,
I wanted to share a product improvement idea that I believe would be very helpful for users who send file or image requests by email through the browser.
I recently used Sinosend to send a “Request” by email, not by link, asking a client to upload and send me some images. After creating the request, I went back to the transfer to double-check which email address I had sent it to. Unfortunately, I could not find the recipient email address anywhere.
Even when I clicked “Email Link,” the dropdown did not show the most recent email address I had used. I also saved the person as a contact, but the email still did not appear in the list.
Because I did not receive a response from the customer, I was unsure whether I had sent the request to the correct email address. This created confusion because there did not seem to be any way to confirm which email address the request had originally been sent to.
For future roadmap consideration, it would be very helpful if each sent “Request” clearly showed the recipient email address used. This would allow users to verify who the request was sent to, avoid mistakes, and follow up with the correct customer when needed.
A simple “Sent to:” field inside the transfer/request details would solve this issue and make the browser experience much clearer.
Thank you for considering this suggestion.

Hi CT,
We've been working on this and now you can:
After creating a new File Request, click on that particular request.
- Click on "Email Requests" button. Here you can add new or existing contacts you want to send/resend to.
- It also lists existing recipients you may have send this request to in the past.
- It also shows you a checkmark next to the recipient name if they have sent you anything or not.
- When you send to a new contact email, we will also update your master contact list with that email.
Some points to note:
- We don't validate users emails right now, so when you send a request to someone via email, they can (optionally) leave their email address, if they dont then we cant verify the upload status. This is something we will work towards in the future.
- Unlike Transfers, we don't send Request Receipts to your email when you create a new request, we only send the email to the recipient.
- This is a BETA, so let me know if you have any issues or improvements.
Let me have your feedback

Hi Rishi,
Thank you for the update. This is definitely a helpful improvement.
I am not sure if I should create a new post for this suggestion or continue replying here, since the email indicator for Requests is currently in Beta, but I believe this additional improvement would make Sinosend the ultimate platform for requesting documents, photos, videos, and client files.
Can we also include the recipient email on each uploaded item, photo, video, or file?
For example, we are a moving company, and we use file requests to collect pictures and videos of customers’ household items before preparing estimates. If we share the same request link with multiple customers, it becomes very difficult to know which uploaded items belong to which customer.
If each uploaded file showed the customer’s email address, or the email address connected to that upload, we could easily identify which inventory belongs to which customer.
This would save us from having to create a brand new request link every time for each customer. It would also reduce clutter from having too many separate request links inside the transfer/request area and allow us to keep all customer inventory uploads organized in one place.
Ideally, it would be very helpful to have:
Recipient email shown beside each uploaded item
Ability to sort or filter uploads by recipient email
Ability to group uploaded files by customer or email
Ability to see which customer uploaded which photos, videos, or documents
This would be very useful for moving companies, contractors, designers, real estate professionals, and any business collecting files from multiple clients.
Thank you again for working on this. I think this feature would make the Request system much more practical and powerful for business use.
