I want to send a link to download files and not have all the downloaders be anonymous - I don't really care WHO actually downloads it from the client side - I just want it to require an actual email (like a contact form) so I can see WHO at their company downloaded it.

This could be a checkbox "require email to download" or "require phone to download" or "require Instagram handle to download" or "require contact form to download".
