Hello Rishi & Sinosend Team, I wanted to share a product improvement idea that I believe would be very helpful for users who send file or image requests by email through the browser. I recently used Sinosend to send a “Request” by email, not by link, asking a client to upload and send me some images. After creating the request, I went back to the transfer to double-check which email address I had sent it to. Unfortunately, I could not find the recipient email address anywhere. Even when I clicked “Email Link,” the dropdown did not show the most recent email address I had used. I also saved the person as a contact, but the email still did not appear in the list. Because I did not receive a response from the customer, I was unsure whether I had sent the request to the correct email address. This created confusion because there did not seem to be any way to confirm which email address the request had originally been sent to. For future roadmap consideration, it would be very helpful if each sent “Request” clearly showed the recipient email address used. This would allow users to verify who the request was sent to, avoid mistakes, and follow up with the correct customer when needed. A simple “Sent to:” field inside the transfer/request details would solve this issue and make the browser experience much clearer. Thank you for considering this suggestion.
